Phillies Farmhands in the Midwest LeaguePlayer RosterPlayers who played for the Philadelphia Phillies as members of Midwest League teams. The list begins with the 1970 season and runs through 1979; I will extend that back to 1953 as I get the information into acceptable shape. This list includes all players I can identify. I plan to add the missing coaches, and other non-playing staff, at a later date. Players who were assigned to the MWL by the Phillies in more than one season are listed for each season. -->4 different players are listed on this page (none of whom played in the majors). This page will, in time, list everyone who represented the Phillies in the Midwest League. While the information here is intended to be both complete and accurate, it's likely that there are omissions and the scale of the project guarantees errors; there's a lot of data here, from a variety of sources, all of which was originally in another format. I will correct errors, or fill in missing birthdates and uniform numbers as I learn of them. Feel free to help; just drop me a line. Thanks. There's more information about the MWL Roster project on my blog, A Dabbler's Journal. |
