Baseball in Fort Wayne

Allen County Memorial Stadium

"The Castle"

Memorial Stadium has hosted the Fort Wayne Wizards of the Midwest League since the team joined the MWL in 1993. The facility was new at that time.

A new Fort Wayne ballpark is under construction at this time, and expected to open for the 2009 season.

I'm looking for a suitable photograph of Memorial Stadium--preferably one which is not already available on another website. Drop me a line if you can help.

Source of Name: The ballpark is part of a war memorial complex in Fort Wayne.
