Midwest League: Played at Springfield in 1986.

Management style

There is nothing unusual about Cunningham's managerial tactics; in most respects, he's a very conventional minor league manager. In recent seasons he's been more inclined to call for bunts than had been his practice, but even there he's fairly conventional.
