Team Age Information
The average player in the Midwest League is 21.6 years old. Average ages were calculated from the opening day roster; age as of July 1, 2000. This website has more information about team ages. Where they played last seasonThis is a brief portrait of how the team was put together. These summaries are based on the team's opening day roster and will not be revised to reflect roster changes. This year's Snappers are largely built around last year's Beloit and Helena teams, with a contribution from Ogden. The Helena team was quite good.

There was very little player movement in the Brewers organization last summer, so most of the new Snappers spent last summer with one team. Two members of the team were with other organizations in 1999; one played briefly in Triple-A ball. |
