The 2002 Midwest League All-Star Game was played at Lansing's Oldsmobile Park on June 18, 2002. The Eastern Division representatives won by a 6-3 score; Michigan's Steve Checksfield, who had 3 hits and 2 runs batted in, was selected as MVP/Star of Stars.

Team members were nominated by a poll of the League's managers and coaches taken during late May, with final selections made by MWL president George Spelius. For the purposes of this game, Clinton is an Eastern Division team.

These teams were managed and coached by the managers and coaches of the division leaders at the mid-season break--Danny Schaeffer and his Peoria staff coached the West, while John Massarelli and his Michigan staff coached the East.
